Your data is used to: (a) process payments via DOKU (PT Nusa Satu Inti Artha), (b) send service confirmations, (c) improve AI service quality, (d) communicate about ongoing projects. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Payment Security

All transactions are processed by DOKU (PT Nusa Satu Inti Artha) — licensed by Bank Indonesia. GoMiners does not store your credit/debit card data. Payment data is encrypted to PCI-DSS standard.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at pt.globaloperasiminers@gmail.com for data requests.

Terms & Conditions

1. Services

GoMiners (PT Global Operasi Miners) provides AI-based SaaS and technology consulting services. All services are provided based on an official Price Offer Letter (SPH/Quote) agreed before payment.

2. Payment

Payments are made through DOKU (PT Nusa Satu Inti Artha), licensed by Bank Indonesia. Prices in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payment is valid after confirmation from the DOKU payment gateway system.

3. Refund Policy

Refund within 7 days after payment if service has not started. After onboarding begins, payment can be transferred as 100% service credit. Requests: pt.globaloperasiminers@gmail.com. Processing: 5–14 business days.

4. Service Delivery

GoMiners is a digital service provider. Services are activated and handed over digitally after payment confirmation and onboarding, according to the timeline in the quote.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

✅ Full Refund (100%)

Request within 7 calendar days after payment, AND service/onboarding has not started. Processed 5–14 business days.

🔄 Service Credit (100% value)

After onboarding starts or >7 days, payment transferred as 100% service credit. Valid 12 months for any GoMiners service.
